Welcome to the Coastal District
The Scouting program is the largest organization where the majority of manpower is volunteer based. Every District has what is refered to as the Key 3 that consists of one Professional Scouter and two Volunteers. The Key 3 is the core to the District Committee and manages the district operations with the help of others.
