Whether it's Summer, Fall or Winter Camp, Scouts have the opportunity to gather lasting memories, make life-long friends, and learn valuable life skills while enjoying camping and the great outdoors.
Camp takes place every year at Camp Karankawa which boasts 450 acres of beautiful Texas wilderness located just West of West Columbia Texas in Sweeny. We've got a lake, a swimming pool, a horse corral, rifle and archery ranges, brand spanking new restroom and shower facilities, a state-of-the-art dining hall, campsites complete with fire rings and cooking pits, and of course a trading post! And we always offer an awesome night time campfire!
Come camp at Camp K and see for yourself. Enjoy a full week of fun, friendship, learning and creating new memories! From breakfast to dinner our Scouts find plenty of fun things to do! Maybe they want to try their skills at archery and shotgun shooting or horseback riding? Or why not try metalworking, geocaching, emergency preparation skills, cooking or even welding? What are you waiting for? Grab your tent!
