Coastal District

Welcome to the Coastal District of the Bay Area Council Boy Scouts of America! The Coastal District provides services for more than 4,000 youth in 93 units within the following areas of Galveston County: Boliver Island, Galveston Island, Hitchcock, Texas City, LaMarque, Dickinson, Santa Fe, League City, Bacliff and Kemah. This will be the page you will access to find information pertaining to the District, its events, any announcements, links to signups, etc.

The Coastal District is always seeking volunteers to help serve on the District Committee, as well as to help organize and carry out events. We are also continually seeking organizations to partner with to create new units. If you are interested in volunteering or chartering a unit, please contact the District Executive for more information. To receive District emails on events and information, please send a request to the District Executive. (Include your unit # & leadership position - ex. Troop 574, Committee Member.)
