Come on down to Camp Karankawa to celebrate Halloween like never before!

 

Who can come?     Cub Scouts and their parents (boys must be registered Cub Scouts). This event is geared toward a scout and his parent. It is NOT a family camping event.

When?      October 19-20, 2013

Where?    Camp K of course! 3249 FM 1459, Sweeny, TX 77480

What types of activities?  Everything from pumpkin painting, to wrist rockets, games, and costume contests. (Both adult and youth are encouraged to wear a costume.) All activities will be Halloween themed.

How much?    The fee is $20 per person. Included is dinner, breakfast, a patch, a pumpkin, candy and a whole lot of fun!

 

All registrations must include a parent and child. The registration will only allow for 1 parent and 1 child to register at a time. If you have more than 2 boys in the program and wish to register them please call Dianna Marsh at 979-345-3964 .

 

Check in is 11am-1pm at Cub Frontier.

* Participants must bring their own tents, cots and bedding. Dinner on Saturday and breakfast Sunday is included in registration fee.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be granted to the original paying customer, whether it is the unit or individual. All but 15% of an individual fee is refundable, under certain circumstances (sickness, death in family, summer school, military deployment or relocation only) as long as it is requested in writing, with back-up documentation, and received in the Scout Service Center, 3020 53rd Street, Galveston, TX 77551-5917. Refund requests due to light weather issues, homesickness, and schedule conflicts, misinterpretation of printed council policies and procedures or reasons other than those noted above will not warrant a refund. In addition, partial refunds will not be granted for partial camp/event stays. If a camp or event is forced to be canceled by the council, because of severe weather, or circumstances prior to the camp or event occurring, the council will reschedule the camp/event or initiate the refund process. All requests are due to the council office within 15 days of the first day of the Camp/Event date.
