Mr. Gary Butler – Asst. Chief Scout Executive/Council Operations Mayor Tom Reid and Mayor Pro-Tem Jim Hill will be presiding as each unit presents a 2-3 minute presentation. FREE Attendance to Report portion of event.

Each unit is to select 3 scouts, one scout speaking, one scout holding the unit flag and the other scout and 2 leaders standing and representing the unit.  Report must be no longer than 3 minutes as we have 45 units in the district.
