Thunderbird District Welcome to the Thunderbird District of the Bay Area Council Boy Scouts of America! The Thunderbird District includes the Alvin, Danberry and Angleton communities. This will be the page you will access to find information pertaining to the District, its events, any announcements, links to signups, etc. The Thunderbird District is always seeking volunteers to help serve on the District Committee, as well as to help organize and carry out events. We are also continually seeking organizations to partner with to create new units. If you are interested in volunteering or chartering a unit, please contact the District Executive for more information. To receive District emails on events and information, please send a request to the District Executive. (Include your unit # & leadership position - ex. Troop 574, Committee Member.)
