TIME: 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. each day
 

DATE: Saturday, March 15 & Sunday, March 16, 2014. (Camp sites available for those wishing to stay over, please mark in registration). CPR certification March 14 evening (if needed).

 

OR

 

DATE: Saturday, April 26 & Sunday, April 27, 2014. (Camp sites available for those wishing to stay over, please mark in registration). CPR certification April 25 evening (if needed)

 


PLACE: Camp Karankawa, meet at the Leaders Lodge

PREREQUISITES (American Red Cross or equivalent): Current certification in CPR, Current certification in Basic First Aid, Must be at least 15 years old.

COST: $65 (Includes all books, certificates and food.  Saturday: Lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided. Sunday: Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided. Water and coffee will also be available.)

COUSRE LIMIT: 8 (min.) – 10 (max.) participants

PLEASE BRING: Tent, Sleeping gear, Towel, Personals, Closed-toed shoes, and Clothes that can get dirty!

This is the latest approved course for BSA and American Red Cross. Please bring the BSA Health Form Parts A&B to camp!

 

(This course is a BSA Policy Requirement. As of 2008, the requirement is for at least one leader in each group, not just unit, must have this certification for high adventure camps. So, if your unit has a trek that will be broken into multiple groups you will need one leader per group trained.)
