National Order of the Arrow Conference 2027

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national Order of the Arrow event. It is held every two years at a major university campus and is attended by as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states. It is second only to the National Scout Jamboree in size and scope. Our largest conference was in 2015, attended by more than 15,000 Arrowmen to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow.

PLACE: University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

COST: $1,675 (NOAC fee $675, Travel, meal, patches, apparel, recreation, $1000)

Cancellation Policy

There is a non-refundable deposit required for NOAC 2027. Refunds will only be granted and paid to the original paying customer - the unit or individual. Refunds will only be considered under certain circumstances (sickness, death in family, summer school, military deployment or relocation) as long as it is requested in writing, with back-up documentation, and received in the Scout Service Center, 2902 Broadway, Galveston, TX 77550. A 15% processing fee will be applied to all refunds. Refund requests due to light weather issues, homesickness, schedule conflicts, misinterpretation of printed council policies and procedures or reasons other than those noted above do not qualify. In addition, partial refunds will not be granted for partial camp/event stays. If a camp or event is forced to be canceled by the council, because of severe weather, or circumstances prior to the camp or event occurring, the council will reschedule the camp/event or initiate the refund process. All refund requests are due to the council office no later than 15 days after the close of the event. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment within 30 days after a formal decision has been made.
