+ NOAC 2015 CONTINGENT APPLICATION: The enthusiasm, excitement, and anticipation for the 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conference is at record levels! As you can imagine, this is a good problem to address, though it is not an easy one to solve. Substantial interest in NOAC is not simply a matter of beds. We know many Wihinipa Hinsa Lodge Arrowmen wish to attend NOAC 2015. We are not alone - most of the lodges in the country are in a similar place with large numbers on the waiting list. Please complete this form by 12:00 midnight CST on Sunday, November 23, 2014 to help us select the adults that can contribute and serve the youth contingent with their skills and resources.
